| The
most important part of any auction is contacting the winning
bidder with the appropriate information so that they know
what the next step is. If your eBay preferences are configured
correctly, the winning bidder will receive an end-of-auction
notification. However, this has been known to take DAYS for
both ends to receive it, and it really doesn't contain all
of the details necessary for the buyer to precisely send the
payment.
With Winning E-Mails
1.6, you will get FIVE professional
e-mail templates in which you can e-mail all of your buyers
and ensure they have the information they need! Each template
is available for use in Outlook, Outlook
Express, or any other e-mail client by using the
plain text formatting templates included.

Each template is setup
in the same format that the Package Notes are, in which you
simply fill in the blanks to generate customized
messages quickly and precisely.
What kind of templates
are included?
| Initial
Message (PayPal) - This message is used to
inform the user of his or her winnings, and also provides
all details about payments, shipping, feedback, etc.
This template is setup believing that you accept PayPal
payments.
Initial Message (no PayPal) - Same
as the template mentioned above except it is setup
believing that you DO NOT
accept PayPal payments.
Reminder Message (PayPal) - This
message is sent after 'X' amount of days have passed
without the user contacting you or sending a payment.
The message is much like the initial message and contains
all payment details, only with reminders added. This
template is setup believing that you accept PayPal
payments.
Reminder Message (No PayPal) -
Same as the template mentioned above except it is
setup believing that you DO NOT
accept PayPal payments.
Shipment Message - This message
is designed to be sent after you have shipped the
item and want to notify the buyer that you did so.
Sample Message - As with most every
part of this CD, an example e-mail message is included
with the blanks filled in so you can see
exactly what they should be like.
