Below is a collection
of tools, programs, and utilities that were designed to make
life easier in the online auction world. All of products listed
were developed by myself. Each of the utilities with the exception
of Dominant Ad Creator is now available as freeware. Click
on the title of any tool to be taken to the official page
for that utility. I cannot guarantee the quality or functionaliy
of any freeware item, but do offer full support
for users of Dominant Ad Creator!
Each free utility comes complete with
an example file and a manual full of graphics and step-by-step
instructions on how to use that particular product. You will
need Microsoft Office to operate most of the free utilities
(2000 or above recommended).

| Are you wondering
just how much you really make on your auctions? With
all the fees typically involved, it is often very difficult
to determine the actual profit you make with each sale.
Auction Tracker 1.1 will do all the calculations for
you and tell you EXACTLY what money is yours to keep
and how much of it goes to fees. Not only that, but
Auction Tracker will let you know how well your auctions
are selling with percentage values and charts. The main
purpose of Auction Tracker is to help you stay as organized
and up-to-date on your auction business as possible,
so you never will loose track of a sale and fear the
unwelcomed negative feedback. |

| Isn't it annoying
when you want to see how much total money you have left
in PayPal (or another online transaction service) and
you have to login to the site, wait for it to load,
and then check the statistics to find out what's left?
Wonder if you have several different people in the house
using the same payment account? It's tough to determine
how much money each person has without proper calculations
and organization. That's where Cash Accounting comes
into play! |

| Many eBay sellers
will either include a copy of the 'end of auction' e-mail
or no message at all when they ship an item to a buyer.
Although this seems to work OK, wouldn't you rather
include a personal message to the buyer letting him
know exactly what transaction the item is for, what
your eBay ID and e-mail address is for feedback, how
much was paid for the item, and other important artifacts?
A big reason that many sellers post more feedback than
they receive is that the a lot of new buyers do not
even know what feedback is or where to leave it. These
message templates will help ensure confusion-free transactions. |

like most sellers, you will want to keep the cleanest
and most organized records about each buyer and item
possible, so no confusion arouses. The Auction Record
Keeper is your best friend when it comes to keeping
records! This is an Access database which allows you
to store all records pertaining to each transaction
on eBay. The format is so easy that even if you have
NO experiences with databases, you will be able to compute
your records and print reports with no problems at all!

| The most important
part of any auction is contacting the winning bidder
with the appropriate information so that they know what
the next step is. If your eBay preferences are configured
correctly, the winning bidder will receive an end-of-auction
notification. However, this has been known to take DAYS
for both ends to receive it, and it really doesn't contain
all of the details necessary for the buyer to precisely
send the payment. These free e-mail templates will allow
you to get in contact with the other party and include
all relevent information in a clear and friendly manner. |
