If you are like most sellers,
you will want to keep the cleanest and most organized records
about each buyer and item possible, so no confusion arouses.
The Auction Record Keeper 1.1 is your best friend when it
comes to keeping records! This is an Access database which
allows you to store all records pertaining to each transaction
on eBay. The format is so easy that even if you have NO experiences
with databases, you will be able to compute your records and
print reports with no problems at all!

Unlike Auction Tracker, this part of Pro Auction
Tools is designed for printing and storing purposes. Auction
Tracker deals with the statistics about each auction you list,
but Record Keeper 1.1 deals with the entire transaction such
as the buyer's address, shipping date, tracking number, etc...
With one click you can print any record (or all of the records
in the database), or print up a summary sheet which displays
the person's full name, e-mail address, item number and end
date, and if the item has been sent yet.

The database is saved in Microsoft Database
format (.MDB) so you will need an appropriate piece of software
to view and edit the spreadsheet. Microsoft Office 2000 or
later is recommended, as certain aspects of the database may
not work as expected in earlier versions of Microsoft Access.
