Below you will find a list of sites
which offer free Clipart and animated graphics. Each site
on the list has been reviewed by myself, and they are sorted
starting with the best ratings (out of 5). I will never post
a site which I have not manually visited to verified its quality.
To visit any site on the list, simply click on the site title
(link) and the page will open in a new window. Simply close
the new window to be returned to this page.

| GRSites.COM
offers extensive collections of backgrounds, fonts,
clipart, and more. The clipart section is divided by
category, and each category contains multiple pages
of clipart (varying dimensions). The one drawback is
there is one pop-up per page, and advertisements on
each page but the ads do not affect the content. |

| Along with
dividers and bullets, this site offers animated graphics
that can be used in your ads or sites. There is a multitude
of categories to select from, and each category has
a variety of graphics. Unfortunately, the site does
not show a preview of all graphics within each category
and you must manually click each one to view it. Aside
from that, this is a wonderful site where you can find
lots of graphics. |

| Here's another
site that offers a variety of free resources. The entire
left-side navigation system deals with clipart and animated
graphics, so use that portion of the site if you are
looking for Clipart. The graphics are divided by category,
and each category has a multitude of graphics available
(each with preview). |

| Barry's server
has a massive collection of stationary graphics and
images. The layout is very nice and you can see thumbnails
of twelve images per page. To view the clipart full-sized,
click that particular image. Most of the clipart offered
here is of high-resolution and very colorful. |

| This is an extremely well-done
site offering a large collection of free clipart in
a variety of categories. The navigation is top-notch,
and allows you to select a main-category and sub-category
very easily. The graphics for each category are displayed
on one page, so saving the ones you like is an extremely
fast process. There are no pop-ups and minimal advertisements. |

| Here's a nice
clean site with clipart in a variety of education-related
categories. Plenty of apples, food products, and much
more. Most clipart images are of high resolution so
you can use them in a lot of different ways. |

a nice collection of animated and stationary graphics
at this site. The navigation is rather time-consuming,
as there is only one graphic per page. The clipart is
colorful and visual for the most part, and there are
no pop-ups on the site! |

offers many professionally produced, 3D animated graphics
for use in sites or auction ads. Although the site offers
a CD with a much larger collection, they have many free
animated graphics available in a variety of categories
(Animals, Money, Objects, Etc). The site is clean for
the most part, although they are always advertising
the membership option on each page. |

| Here's a nice,
fast, and easy-to-navigate site containing a collection
of animated and static graphics. The content is organized
by category, and each category has quite a few graphics.
Its very easy to navigate, as on each page with graphics
you can click the 'next' link to move on to the next.
Some of the graphics have watermarks or other blemishes
on them. |

| Here's a unique,
fast-loading, and clean site offering a rather large
collection of 'original clipart'. All clipart is static
(not animated), and most if not all of it is original
to the site. There are also page borders you can download. |

| Unlike all
the other sites, this is a 'portal' which allows you
to select a category of clipart you are interested in,
and it will provide a variety of external links for
each type of clipart. There are some pop-ups, and not
all links listed are still valid. However, it is still
an easy way to search through well over a hundred categories
of clipart and find what you are looking for. |

| Aside from
the pop-ups, annoying advertisements, and attempts to
get you to install spyware, there is a lot of clipart
at this site. There are dozens and dozens of categories,
and each one contains quite a few images. If it weren't
for all of the blatant advertising, I would be giving
this site a 4 or 5 for a score. |

of advertisements on this site, although no pop-ups.
If you just use the left-side navigation bar to select
a Clipart category, you will be shown the clipart for
that particular category. Most graphics on the site
are icon sized (tiny), and all of them are static. The
'Edit' option does not work unless you manually copy
the link and paste it in your browser, and even then
it may fail. |

| Back when this
site was first launched, I would have given it a very
good review. However, it has now turned into a very
large advertising site with pop-ups, pop-unders, banners,
and much more. There is a lot of content hidden within
it, but in order to see any of it they expect you to
enter your e-mail address and other details, then subscribe
to a variety of 'newsletters'. You should only visit
this site if all else fails, and make sure to uncheck
all 'newsletter' offers and use a non-primary e-mail
address. |
