Isn't
it annoying when you want to see how much total money you
have left in PayPal (or another online transaction service)
and you have to login to the site, wait for it to load, and
then check the statistics to find out what's left? Wonder
if you have several different people in the house using the
same payment account? It's tough to determine how much money
each person has without proper calculations and organization.
That's where Cash Accounting comes into play!

With Cash Accounting 1.3, you can keep all of
your transactions in one spot and stay on top of how much
money you have earned! If you have up to four people using
the same account, you can load the correct template and then
you can keep each person's transactions in a separate worksheet
of the document!
Never again will you
have to spend a Friday night calculating how much money you
have to spend, you simply click on the statistics
section and instantly you will see exactly
how much money each person in the account has available (and
also how many transactions they have completed).

There is a template for one,
two, three, and four
people using the same account. If you use a template for more
than one person in the same account, a chart will be shown
on the Statistics page along with individual reports for each
person! The chart will give you a visual summary of who is
carrying the most money in the account :)
The spreadsheets are saved in Microsoft
Excel format (.XLS) so you will need an appropriate
piece of software to view and edit the spreadsheet. Microsoft
Office 2000 or later is recommended, as this particular spreadsheet
has a lot of functionality that may not work as expected in
earlier versions of Microsoft Excel.
